when hair grows it is made of dead cells that your body doesn't need , i think that gray or white hair is like that because the place where your hair grows isn't getting anof of what it needs to make the colours and so grows Gray,(but this is a guess because i hired the answer somewhere but i can remember it lol)

also if your stressed you can go Gray sooner or have the odd Gray hair

you can go Gray any age and you can go Gray from other situations to.
