it looks abd feels real; synthetic looks and feels fake (shiney, plasticky). Also real hair can be styled like real hair; fake hair can not

It depends on what you are using it for. for falls and extensions they are both good.human hair has to be set
to be styled. Synthetic has a memory, and will hold it's style. for a mans hair piece, it is a must to be human hair
because it lays right on top of your own hair and it would be quite obvious if it didn't match
