I bought some dark brown human hair clip on hair extensions. They are all right - soft abd shiny. My friend says that this hair is from a dead person. Is it? I am soo freaked out. I live in the UK

Also, the seller who sold the hair has a ebay shop and has sold loads.

Even if it were human hair, that would usually mean it was donated by someone.

Haha, I thought the same thing when I bought my extensions. But really I have no idea, although I have heard that they come 'hair donors', I'm not sure if the person is dead or not when they donate their hair.

I doubt it people can get money to sell there hair and those people are usually living. Plus the person would have had to dye prematurly in order to have nice enough hair to give and the family would probablly want to keep it the way it was.
